How to update woocommerce database?

Hello.

There was a problem updating wordpress plugins. After updating Woocommerce, a message appeared with a suggestion to update the woocommerce database:

After clicking on the "Update" button, an error pops up:

An email from the debugger comes to the mail, which says that the problem is with the Yoast SEO plugin. Disable the plugin and try again. The error repeats, a letter is sent to the mail indicating a problem in the woocommerce plugin.

That being said, I have exactly the same test site. On it everything was updated without a problem.
Who has met with this? How to solve the problem?
