How to update Windows 7 in the current conditions?

Good afternoon. Please help.
There is Windows 7, a purely working system that has not been updated for about a year. There was a need to download all the latest updates, but at the same time I'm afraid to catch an infection called Get Windows 10.
Is there any way to update so that this program does not appear? Is there any list of verified updates or can they be installed offline? Will Get Windows 10 appear if I only install important updates?

In the lists of recommended updates, uncheck the KB3035583 update.
