How to update Windows 10 over LAN?

I have a PC with Windows 10 1511 and a netbook with Windows 10 1607. Both are x64. How do I update my computer to 1607 over LAN by getting updates from a netbook?
In the update utility, I put everything as it should, but it does not work.
