How to update webcam firmware with telnet access only?

Good afternoon! There is an ipr54 / 12dn / v outdoor camera, almost like this . You can only connect to it via telnet and ftp. Knowing the ip and the name of the admin access, can I somehow reflash it remotely? Where can I find firmware?
