How to catch the moment when the stream from the camera's ip via RTSP does not go using ffmpeg?

Hello everyone, you need to track the moment when the stream from the ip-camera, which is received by ffmpeg, falls off. I saw information about setting the timeout (-timeout), but did not find it in the documentation. Any ideas?
