How to update the BIOS from a flash drive?

Trying to update bios on Dell R710 server.
I tried to do it through dell-system-update on linux - it says that there is not enough memory.
On the Internet, I found a solution to the problem - they advise updating from a flash drive.
I found my bios on the official driver page for the server:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/ru-ru/drivers/dr...

As I understand it, you need to format the USB flash drive to FAT32 (done), upload the necessary update and run through bios from a flash drive.
But I can't figure out which of the files I need from this drivers page. Apparently, you need to upload a file with the .efi extension to the USB flash drive (as the instructions at the bottom of the page say), but I don’t find a file with such an extension on this page. Maybe you just need to throw bin or exe?

@Zorgios

you need this file: https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05012843M/1/R710-060600C.exe
then make a bootable dos flash drive, put this exe file on it, load the server from the flash drive and run the exe file on the command line.
