How to update telegram in linux mint-20 without snapd?

I found information on updating only with snapd, but in the new mint-20 edition, snapd was disabled.

Install the Linux version from the off site https://telegram.org/dl/desktop/linux
It updates itself.

Why are you so lazy!
Vpadlu or something to go down on the topic a few posts down?!
That's just discussed and marked as a solution to my answer!
How to install tar.xz?
There are two of my answers.
One is common, as the solution is marked, the second is one command in the Terminal (2 options: stable and beta):
Here is the freshest, most recent version of the Telegram installation in the Terminal (just copy the code, paste it in the Terminal and press Enter):
(Everything will be done of course! And the folders will be created, and the rights, and the symbolic link. After working out the code, do not boil, but wait patiently until the Installer starts! , if necessary, and all)
-Stable version

2.2.0
cd /tmp; wget https://updates.tdesktop.com/tlinux/tsetup.2.2.0.tar.xz; sudo tar -xpf tsetup.2.2.0.tar.xz -C /opt; sudo ln -s /opt/Telegram/Telegram /usr/local/bin/telegram-desktop; sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/Telegram; telegram-desktop; cd

- Beta version
2.1.22.beta
cd /tmp; wget https://updates.tdesktop.com/tlinux/tsetup.2.1.22.beta.tar.xz; sudo tar -xpf tsetup.2.1.22.beta.tar.xz -C /opt; sudo ln -s /opt/Telegram/Telegram /usr/local/bin/telegram-desktop; sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/Telegram; telegram-desktop; cd
