How to update prices and product status in Woocommerce?

Hello!
Searched for a solution on google but to no avail.
Can you please tell me how to update prices in the woocommerce store by article?
That is, from the CSV file, update the prices for all products that are in this file, and for those products that are not in the file, set the status to "Out of stock".
Maybe there are such plugins?

The latest versions of WooCommerce have the ability to import and export all products.
Further in the Excel table (CSV) you can change the status and so on.
