Is it possible to automatically replace redirect links with non-redirect links?

Is there a plugin that performs such a sequence of operations (or similar)
1) Crawls the entire project
2) Looks where the internal redirect is carried out
3) If a redirect is given from an editable content area, automatically replace the link to the final page of the redirect.

In templates, the theme may not work, but if the link is found in posts or pages, it is a completely algorithmic action for autocorrect to reduce the number of 301s when crawling.

Maybe someone has already done it?
