How to update php on VDS to 7.0?

Updated on VDS php to version 7.0
php -v shows version 7.0
But <?php phpinfo() ?> shows version 5.5.
Why?

Reason 1: Didn't restart the server.
Reason 2: 5.5 left in the config of a specific site.
I had this on ISP, the second way was decided.
The php version was selected manually, and remained 5.5.
