Download all the scripts and the database to the local computer, update it there and transfer it to the server (hosting). On a working server, this can only be done if you can quickly update everything on it and have experience in this, I sometimes copy everything to the test.site.ru subdomain, I also copy the database under a different name, change the configs in test.site.ru and update there and testing
