How to update ARP tables?

Hi all!
A situation has arisen in which it is necessary to change the old TP-LINK router to the new MikroTik.
A static IP address has been allocated. MikroTik is configured, RouterOS v6.41
In addition to the TP-LINK router, unmanaged switches are used in the local network, the cheapest dlink and tplink
The problem is that I can’t connect them in any way so that they work with MikroTik and link with machines.
With the old router, everything immediately rises.
In general, are there ARP tables in such switches?

There are no ARP tables, unmanaged switches with IP addresses do not work.

Mikrotik does not have any problems with any switches, perhaps Mikrotik is configured incorrectly...

Unmanaged switches let everything through with a draft. Here you need to look only at the router settings. If you add a static ip, you need to specify the default route, DNS, and configure masquerading from the WAN port .... Well, most likely, configure DHCP. It is unlikely that clients manually nail the settings)))
