I want to update the OS to a new version of lolipop or higher. But updates on this model are not supported, i.e. Fly does not support this model with updates, although according to the system. The device meets the requirements.

Until the manufacturer of your device releases an update, you will not succeed. And the system requirements have absolutely nothing to do with it, the manufacturer's interest in this issue is more important (but alas, I'm sure it is minimal). As an alternative - there are "custom" unofficial firmware versions with all the consequences, can be found on thematic forums .
