How to update android sdk?

android sdk manager
gives this error when starting

Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-2.xml, reason: File not found

and shows only what is already installed
on the computer is linux mint

Try opening the link in a browser or through the curl/wget console.
