Made a free certificate on Startssl.com . MNE.RU hosting administrators ask to unpass it, how to do it?

Our system administrators reported that the certificate and key you sent are password-protected and it is not technically possible to use them on our hosting.
Please provide us with a certificate and key in the usual clear-cut form so that we can connect it to your domain.

Just give them the password.
True, ssl on shared hosting does not fulfill its task at all - according to the idea of the creators of SSL, the private key should not get to anyone.
