How to unpack a Duplicator Wordpress archive manually?

Hi everyone.
There is a backup of the site, made through the Duplicator plugin. For certain reasons, you need to restore the site on another hosting (but on the same domain).
It is not possible to deploy via installer.php, since the site has 5000+ entries, therefore, when unpacking, it crashes with a 504 Bad Gateway error (it depends on php_max_execution_time or on the RAM limit). The hoster makes a helpless gesture and says buy a VPS, which I don’t want to do at all.
Therefore, the QUESTION is how to manually unpack a site backup made through the Duplicator plugin on the same domain, but on a different hosting?
PS Stupidly unpacking the archive, importing .sql and setting the settings in wp-config.php does not help. Gives 404 Not Found (there is no index.php in the duplicator archive).

In the .sql file, replace /home/user123/ with the path of the new hoster = profit!!!
