How to unlock OEM on Samsung?

I use a Samsung J5 (SM-J530FM) smartphone on android 8.1. I need to install a custom recovery, but this requires a factory unlock, which is not in the developer options.
I tried to unlock it through Miraclebox, but it didn't work (the firmware crashed).
How to unlock OEM and is it true that you have to wait 8 days to get the unlock feature?
