How to unload leftovers from 1C?

Hello. For the first time I faced the task of linking a php script with 1C.
It is necessary to update once a day in the MySQL database with which the php script works - the remnants that are stored in 1C (MSSQL).
It is not clear on the balance, I tried it through the "Exchange with a website", but some total number is displayed there, not the same numbers.
If you build a report and save it in xls, then that's what you need.
BUT! It doesn't matter to me if it's xml or xls, the main thing is "Article + Quantity".
How can this be automated from the side of 1C? So that a certain file with the content I need is unloaded every night, and I will take it for myself and process it.
I would be grateful for any advice.

Either deal with the exchange, or write your own unloading processing.

If there is a person who programs under 1s, then just tell me what xml file you need and let him make such a return. Or go the other way. 1s is sharpened for uploading to 1s Bitrix, you can try to stick to it, you can read how data is exchanged 1s with Bitrix here , after that, install the latest version of the exchange module on 1s and try to set it up with your site.

What is your configuration?
In most modern configurations, there is such a mechanism as "Distribution of reports" in which you can configure the export of a report in the desired format to mail, network directory or ftp.
