We have 3 offices. The vpn network is configured (l2tp mikrotik), but everyone sees only the head office, but there is no connection between them.

client office (of2) 172.16.30.2

From the main office, pings go to all internal networks.
From each office, pings also go to the internal network of the main office.
from office2 to office 3, pings do not go to the internal network (what is there, what is back).
