How to uninstall Python if it just throws an error when uninstalling and installing?

Hello! Recently I wanted to reinstall Python. But when I deleted it, I made a very big mistake... I deleted all the folders manually. Now, even when uninstalling in the Python installer, it gives an error and closes (the same with the installation) - when I wanted to uninstall through the Windows control panel, it was transferred to the Python installer. Tell me what to do?

1) Clean up environment variables.
2) Look, maybe there are folders left, or python (or installation) hangs in processes.
3) Run the installation on behalf of ̶sh̶a̶m̶a̶n̶a̶ Admin.

But when I deleted it, I made a very big mistake...

Firstly, it's not a big mistake, and secondly, it's not like a mistake. If you demolish the folder with Python, then nothing terrible will happen. If the installer does not work after that, most likely either a left-handed truncated assembly of Windows, or a problem in the system itself.
