Problems connecting to the server via SSH in ide, powershell & FileZilla everything works, how is it?

When connecting via ssh to the ide server, they give an error depending on the ide, everything works fine through the windows console. Vs Code complains about glibc & libstdc++, after which it gives an error about connection failure, webstorm asks to enter a pass, although it has access to the private key and the connection does not require a password
