The problem is the following. Windows automatically installs Asus Smart Gesture (a program for touchpad gestures) for me.
The problem is that it works crookedly - the "circle" of the download near the cursor is constantly blinking. Yes, I only use the mouse.
If I remove it, Windows installs it during updates.
It doesn't exist in autorun...
