How to find a lost file?

I can't find the file yesterday I still had it on my desktop.
But now I can’t find
it, I used the search bar and searched for the exact file name in all disks, but the only thing that gave me this was the file shortcut in the recover folder.
I don't know where he might be.
I searched in the trash and even among the deleted files using the pirigorm recuva program, but there is no file there either.
I even looked inside the antivirus in the quarantine folder.
Who else has ideas where it can be
I don’t have copies of Windows recovery.

If there is a possibility that the file is deleted, you need to turn off the computer as soon as possible, on a separate machine (or a separate OS) go through the hard disk with a program like testdisk (there is undelete in Filesystem utilities there) and, if found, restore to another disk, and then write the file back .
And if you are sure of the opposite, you can search, for example, using a file manager like FAR.
