How to uninstall an application from Launchpad Mac OS X?

Hello!
I removed the application from the console using the rm -rf method, but its shortcut remained in Launchpad and bears a question mark (they say it could not be found).
The system has already been cut down, rebooted, but the shortcut still hangs. Searching for the name and its part through the console did not give anything, there is nothing similar in the application folder.
How do you remove a shortcut from Launchpad?
