How to uninitialize google map if it has already been initialized?

Good afternoon! Faced such a problem, how to know if the map is initialized using google maps api?
I have tabs, each of them has a card. The map is only initialized when the tab is open. But if you switch them very often, an alert pops up with an error: OVER_QUERY_LIMIT - query limit exceeded. How to deal with it?
