5 servers (1U - 3U) lie on top of each other, work. noise evenly. But one of the servers began to make a lot of noise with gusts (period of 3-5 seconds). How to understand which one? turn off / move

What difference does it make what server makes noise if you can't move it on and off? What are you planning to do if you find out that, for example, the second in the rack is making noise? You can't touch them.
The question is stupid, the answer is obvious - by the method of elimination.
UPD: You can pervert and look for some thread of a program that measures the speed of the propellers. Because they are noisy. The one whose turnover will be different from the others and has the server you need, but again, what's the point of knowing if you can't touch them.

Most modern servers have IPMI, go and see the telemetry.
PS After installing the system and drivers, for the future, install monitoring utilities, and I mean not only RAID
