How to understand what drivers are required by the Windows 7 distribution?

I'm trying to install Windows 7 from a flash drive. At the stage of starting the installation, you get the error "no optical drive drivers were found", although the installer itself was able to boot from the USB flash drive before. Different solutions did not help, I want to find exactly the drivers and close this problem.
But the question is, what drivers to look for in fact and for what? For this particular flash drive (I tried different ones), for USB 3.0 (although I put it in the 2.0 slot)? What drivers are actually missing in this case, the Windows distribution?

Alternatively, you can use the installer from 8 or 10 by putting 7 in them.
