How to understand - to write a script for Instagram, if all applications are automatically in the sandbox?
On freelance, sometimes I meet "write a script for instagram that does something." Well, the question is, I somehow did a project to launch further to the masses, but Instagram did not give me access to the api, and my application remained in sandbox mode. Let’s say I know how to write a script correctly, which one the customer needs, but what’s the point of wasting time if Instagram can’t give its own api?
It is necessary to write a privacy policy, shoot a video of the script, fully describe it ..
or is there a workaround? + all this needs to be explained to the customer yet, all the pitfalls, and the possibility that the script will not work due to the fact that they do not give api

Well, not the API then. There is CURL -> Parsers and GET/POST. And, given that there are almost (or perhaps not at all) captchas on Instagram, this is a great solution.
Just do all
the api with web requests, the customer always receives and not you
