How to understand the time of the last comment through media_topic fields and whether comments are allowed?

In the documentation ( https://apiok.ru/wiki/display/api/fields+ru) for Type media_topic there is a Name discussion_summary, but it does not display the time of the last comment.
It would also be useful to know if comments are allowed for a given topic (post / topic).
Is there a way to get this data without querying (discussions.get) each discussion individually?
For example:
With stream.get fields=feed.*, media_topic.(some NAME indicating last comment time), media_topic.(some NAME indicating whether comments are allowed for this media_topic)

In other words, in the discussion_summary for media_topic would add last_comment_date_ms.
Or maybe there is already a method or way to get the time of the last comment via media_topic
