How to understand the probationary period - to work remotely?
I stumbled upon a vacancy for a coder. It is proposed to work remotely for a trial period, and only then in the office. It looks like fraud, I thought during the trial period, on the contrary, the employee needs maximum supervision, and only then they are allowed to work remotely.
Your opinion?

It was they who hired a pack of layout designers (20 pieces), they got the project approved for them for "testing". And then they said goodbye to everyone with the wording "you are not suitable for us."
I don't see anything wrong with working from home. You only plus, will be able to take projects and sit at home to work on them and on the "trial period". And if the company is proven, then I'll take it.
And all this advice "to pass by such a vacancy" is just a fear. If you are always afraid, then you can stay in a small job where they pay a penny.
