How to understand the Bosch hst 5004 electric stove connection diagram?

Hello, they asked me to connect an electric stove BOSCH HST 5004 as old as light.
5 contacts not counting 6 grounds.
Here is the circuit itself: How to understand and connect it so as not to burn anything ??
Or maybe someone has instructions who can share.

There are no two zeros. You probably have one ground and one zero.
A simple circuit like:
4-5 contacts are always zero.
1-2-3 depending on the number of phases. You need one phase in the bottommost picture.
