How to understand specific error while installing ubuntu 20.4?

Good afternoon! I'm installing Ubuntu for the first time, the installation fails, I can't figure out the specific reason. Input data: intel processor (as I understand it, this is already enough to have installation problems), Ubuntu 20.4 assembly from off. site, Rufus was used for the bootable flash drive, there is a separate empty disk for the system, the asus motherboard, in the uefi bios utility bios, in the boot / secure boot tab, you can select only OS Type (windows UEFI Mode and Other OS options, the second is worth it)

Problems arise immediately some:
1) At any time, the error "pcIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer" may appear, as I understand it, this is due to the power saving mode, which is recommended to be disabled via the terminal, but I just cannot disable it. If I go to the terminal through the "try the system" mode, then it writes that the directory "etc/default" doesn't exist, and when the terminal is closed, the picture on the screen crashes and everything freezes.
If I go to the terminal before the installation itself (through "E") and change the line starting with Linux, then it does not seem to give any changes, the error may still appear

2) I tried to start the installation in graphic-safe mode, but in this mode very often the picture on the screen crashes almost immediately and everything freezes

3) I managed to get to the installation of the system, and at the stage of creating a user, the notification XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is not owned by us (uid 0), but by uid 999! (This could eg happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root) user, over the native protocol. Don't do that.)". which, as I understand it, is related to user rights. Here, when solving, it is also recommended to change grub a little in the terminal before installing the system, but as in the first case, nothing I

know in advance that the main mistake lies in the very attempts to install ubuntu, but I just want to at least figure out what's wrong. , something is wrong. Please, tell me, what could be the matter?

@mouLL

Take the model of your motherboard and go to Google to look for what compatibility it has with 20.04.
Very often it is enough to change the distribution, say to 18.04, or even try Mint.
Well, a separate problem is your weak skill. Look around, maybe there is someone with more experience in red eyes?
