How to understand information outputting current connections in Asterisk?

Where can you find information that would clearly indicate what is displayed and in what format in the asterisk console if you make a request for current connections?
There is a desire to make a convenient interactive monitor in the console, but there is no understanding of the type and format of information in this log. for example, at the moment such a log was displayed

asterisk -rx "core show channels concise"
