How to understand how much video a particular laptop will render?

Hello. I want to take this laptop with such characteristics as it has, how quickly it will cope with saving 1080p video on which it can have a little sharpness and colors are corrected, the installation is not complicated, there are no special effects. Video duration 2 hours approximately h264 1080p. If it keeps up to 10 hours, then it's normal, my computer is 8 years old and it keeps like this for 2 days. I want to understand how this one will cope with a similar task. Editing in premiere.
Maybe someone has a similar laptop, and can you roughly tell the rendering time for such a video?
