How to unblock android tv if it is blocked due to incorrect PIN entry?

Hello. I put the parent code on mi tv stick (android TV). The children wanted to go out and poked at random and now the system is blocked for several million seconds. Nothing works and only the blocking message hangs. How can you unlock? I know the pin code, but it won't let me enter it.
