How to unblock a folder without closing notepad++?

If you edit a file in notepad ++, and then close the tab with the file, then the file itself can be easily deleted. But the folder where the file was located cannot be deleted, even when it is completely empty.

Restarting notepad++ helps, so that's it, it's the one that blocks the folder. But is there any way to break the block without restarting notepad++? Or somewhere to configure so that there is no blocking?
