How to turn on a dead iPhone right now?

The smartphone sat down, you connect the charging, and it turns on only after half an hour. But why? After all, food - that's it, what else do you need?
Is it possible to somehow make smartphones work from the wire right away?

It is impossible, because
1) due to the “Smartness” of phones, charging is turned on at the request of the phone, and when it starts, the software for the “slipmode” is unloaded and the combat one is turned on.
2) At startup, the smartphone consumes so much energy that > 1000mA is needed to maintain its normal operation, which USB cannot give due to the specification.
