How to turn off windows update 100%?
Good afternoon, I use a 3G modem, so I save every megabyte of traffic.
And so, so that different programs would not climb into the Internet, it opened only 80 and 443 ports in the firewall.
But there was a surprise. Windows-infection- pumped up updates. It's good that at least I saw it in time. In Windows 10 Preview, I did not find the item "install updates automatically" - so I searched the Internet and put the key in the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update]
"AUOptions"=dword:00000001
Is there now a guarantee that he is a bad creature, will not get updated?
What can I do for this?
Where does he send requests? can cut down this address in a firewall? Or is it on top of the firewall?
Please tell me what to do to be 100% sure that nothing is downloading?

What is there and how it turns off in the top ten is unknown, because the test version, nothing can be said for sure.
Try in hosts -
127.0.0.1 update.microsoft.com
127.0.0.1 windowsupdate.com
In the preview version, it seems like you can't turn off updates - that's why it's a preview version. MS gives it to use for free, not to make the user feel comfortable, but to test their solution, including the update process.
