How to turn off the screensaver in Windows 10 Home v.1607 after waking up from sleep mode?

There is a fresh Windows 10 Home for one language (Russian, as you might guess :), version 1607 (aka Anniversary Update). One user - administrator without a password. When entering the system, the password is not asked, the desktop immediately appears. And after exiting sleep mode, the picture first appears, then the username with the "login" button - 2 extra clicks.
Found (but, apparently, already outdated) instructions suggest:
1. In nelplwiz (aka control userpasswords 2) uncheck - does not help
2. In accounts in the login parameters, change the field when asking for a password - there is no such field
3. Add to the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization value NoLockScreen=1 - did not help
4. In the personalization settings in the lock screen section, disable "display funny facts ..." - did not help
5. Use group policies - they are not in the home version
Any other ideas other than disabling sleep mode altogether?

@unwrecker

The only working way for Windows 10 Home for version 1607 is described here:
www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disableenabl...
deleting the folder in Windows/SystemApps/Microsoft.LockApp_..., etc.) for 1607 does not help.
In short: in the registry we create the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ System\ , in which we create a DWORD (32-bit) parameter with the name " DisableLockWorkstation " and the value equal to " 1 ".
And everything is a profit! :)
