How to turn off the monitor when idle for 10 minutes?

Installed Ubuntu Server 16.04.3 LTS (Xenial Xerus).
I noticed that if I do nothing for 10 minutes, the monitor goes out. After pressing any key, an image immediately appears. Can you please tell me how to turn it off? Google searches turned up no results.
If you do not log in to the system, the monitor does not turn off, after entering the login and password after 10 minutes, the monitor is off.
