How to turn off the mobile Internet when the screen is off?

I have a huawei p20 pro phone.
I can’t figure out how to set up auto-shutdown of mobile Internet and WiFi when the screen is off.
Settings > Battery > Advanced Settings > Lock Screen Networks tab > All turned off
