How to turn off the computer when closing the application?

When booting a Windows 7 (Pro, x64) PC, a single utility is launched instead of the desktop environment (explorer.exe). It is necessary to implement such a chip - when you close this application, the computer should turn off.
The application does not write anything to the system log, so there is no way for the task scheduler to turn off the computer if an entry appears in the system log.

There are two options:
Either (I heard that it is possible) to follow the process.
Or add a shutdown command before exiting.
But the idea is stupid. Suddenly it turns off, but you can’t chop it off and remove it
