How to turn off notifications in the Facebook app?

Please tell me how to turn off endless notifications in the fucking Facebook application asking if I know this user and the like?
Rummaged through the settings and applications and on the site. Didn't find anything.

Finally figured out how to turn off notifications in the Facebook app.
Settings (on the main screen of the application, the burger menu button is at the top right) —> Account settings —> Notifications —> Mobile devices.
A list of recent notifications will appear, from which you need to select the type of unwanted notifications.
