How to tune iis 8, windows server 2012 and mssql?

I know well how to tune Linux under high load in addition to nginx and different backends and not much about iis, server 2012 and mssql.
It is likely that this is due not to my knowledge, but to modest tuning capabilities, is there any good guide on hardcore tuning for iis 8, windows server 2012 and mssql?
