How to try different it directions to find the one?
Hello, I'm already working in it. This industry suits, but not the current specialty.
I want to try others to finally decide.
Is there something like a device in a company for a week, so that everything is shown and given a try? Just like in travel shows.
I just would not want to lose my main job without being sure of the choice.
I plan to allocate time at the expense of holidays and Sundays.
Of course, you can just teach, but without the visibility of how it is applied and what level of knowledge is really needed - this is not it.

I worked for five years backendom in a company on a self-written pure php project, and ended up getting tired of the monotony. I'm just tired of doing essentially the same thing day after day. Life passes by, I missed all the new trends, and I quit.
At first, I was advised to study WordPress - they say, now the entire Internet is on WordPress and they can make good money. I spent a little time studying it, made three freelance sites, and realized that this is not something that is not interesting - in general, CMS is not my direction for me. I like to create something interesting, and not to pull designs on engines.
As a result, I was invited to the company to develop a project on laravel. I took it, spent time on it and realized that this is an interesting thing. After the end of the project, he continued to work with him. Now they invited me to do a project on symfony, and I immediately realized that I would like it.
So I found myself a new direction.
I don't know what to advise you, but I hope my experience will be of some help.
There are open days and job fairs. No one will let a person steer from the street for a week, of course.
And what's your job?

Why settle somewhere to try? You're not a road-layer, you're not going to let your car ride on the roads and press down on the bitumen.
Take a list of IT specialties (a selection of any infogypsy school, or HH), and try to make your own pet project, if you like the process, it's yours, if not, put it on the shelf and move on.
Example: I liked Python - they made a mini-project on Django or wrote a parser on it, I liked JS - I made a mini SPA application, I liked PHP - I wrote an admin panel, I liked C - I wrote code for the Soyuz rocket, and got a job at Roskosmos for 50,000 rubles.
