AZURE was provided with three days of communication with support, and then in a limited version and with an advance payment, it will not be possible to use the other services in Russia included in the link package . What are the advantages - access to the whole world in a fraction of a second, rent of satellites - ping goes off scale from anywhere in the world. There are no analogues of software in the world yet, if only through crutches. Tensorflow and AWS are taking a break for now.
