How to troubleshoot BFD and how to interpret its log?

Good afternoon, please tell me which way to think:
We have 2 routers between which BGP is raised, with monitoring using BFD. In the logs, I saw that during the day the BGP session was constantly flapping, with the message:
Jan 23 10:41:54.563: % BGP-5-NBR_RESET: Neighbor 10.1.1.1 reset (BFD adjacency down)
Jan 23 10:41:54.623: % BGP-5-ADJCHANGE: neighbor 10.1.1.1 vpn vrf Office Down BFD adjacency down Started debugging
BFD packet and event, I see similar messages in the log:
Jan 22 19:04:23.490: BFD-DEBUG Packet: Tx dst:10.1.1.1[ 1] src:10.26.47.34[1] ld/rd:2/7383 diag:0(No Diagnostic) Up P cnt:2 (0)
Jan 22 19:04:23.490: BFD-DEBUG Packet: Rx dst:10.1. 1.1[1] src:10.26.47.34[1] ld/rd:7383/2 diag:7(Administratively Down) AdminDown cnt:2 (0)
And I haven’t been able to find anywhere yet what kind of package is being dropped with the reason Administratively Down and how can this be interpreted in general, in which direction to think?
