How to transport Aimak 21 on a plane?

Guys, does anyone have experience in transporting an aimak in an airplane? Rumor has it that luggage is not handled very carefully and there is a risk of getting a broken computer upon arrival (
In general, the story in brief :) I'm going to buy an Apple computer. Most of all I tend to aimag 21 inch.
In general, you need a computer mainly for the latter's Photoshop and illustrator, but for these programs to fly. I do website design.
Sometimes I play DotA 2 :)
Well, watch movies.
I'm going to Tai for the winter to fly. Initially, I thought to take a poppy mini or a poppy beech pro, and on the spot to buy an inexpensive monitor. But there are some disadvantages in this: 1) there is a built-in video card on the poppy mini, although it may be suitable for my needs? 2) cheap monik - there is a cheap monik and the picture will be worse than on the same aimak(
In general, I'm confused, I really hope for good advice :)

@opium

Just carry it in your hand luggage, not in your luggage.
I have a friend in two monicas and a makmini flew home from thai, and even earlier they used to carry an aimak in a manual one.

@q1t

buying a poppy here will not be a problem (and without Thai characters on the keyboard).
Inexpensive monitor (within $400, used macbook air + dell u2412m ) and prada can "save" - the resolution is at the level (of course, not as high as on the iMac, but the picture is nice)
Dota 2 worked with grief in half on air 2011, I think on older models and even pro will fly (on an additional monitor)
