How to transmit image and sound over the network with an acceptable FPS?

There are two computers, on one of them a movie can be launched, in a browser or any media player, and on the second one I would like to see all this, preferably without delays.
Windows 7. Network 100 Mbit. Screen resolution 1280x1024.
1st computer (from which the transmission is taking place): Core 2 Quad 2500MHz; 4gb ram
2nd computer (which shows what is being transmitted): Celeron 1800MHz; 1gb ram
Video and on the first and second integrated.
At first I tried, remote administration programs RMS, Radmin.
Tried screen streaming with VLC via RTP\TS protocol (h264+mp3).
It also slows down specifically :( Movies are not possible to watch.

Why stream a screen with a video if you can stream the movie itself using the same http protocol ... it played without problems on a netbook.

How does it slow down?
VLC has a cache + it should transcode the video. Try to start over the network without changing the codec (RAW stream).

I use my old weak by today's standards (but at the time of purchase it was a flagship) Asus A7Jb laptop (core 2 duo T7200, 1gb ram, 1440x900) as a thin client for heavy 3D graphics (maya, zbrush, nuke, etc.) on a computer that stands in the corridor and has a core i7-920 and 24 gigabytes of RAM via radmin.
The network between computers is gigabit, there are no lags. Vidyaha in the server is the simplest and cheapest - if only it was (geforce 520gt). There are no lags, but how to stream sound is a mystery to me. Otherwise, I could watch movies in 1080p (the laptop does not pull this) and play games normally. For example, the same Skyrim goes without lags, but there is no sound.
If you tell me a way to transfer sound over the network, it will be cool. The method suggested on the site of the admin (a separate connection is a chat, and a virtual microphone is streamed into it) does not work on win7.
Oh yes, I forgot. I have a dual monitor setup and both monitors are streamed via radmin. Accordingly, plugs with resistors are stupidly plugged into the video card on the server so that it thinks that monitors are connected.
