How to transliterate filenames uploaded to joomla site?
There is a site on joomla 3.8, JCK editor is installed as the default editor
through it, and news, pictures, documents and everything else are added to the site pages.
If the file name is for example: photo.jpg, then after uploading to a folder on the server, the file name changes to => ____.jpg
Through the native media manager, it is not possible to upload files with the name in Cyrillic at all. Gives a "file format not supported" error.
How can I change the name to foto_yury.jpg after uploading a file called photo_yury.jpg?

So it is necessary to "pick" the download manager through the Joomla API. (using the settings - it's not done, IMHO)
